All items are guaranteed to be fresh and of excellent quality.
Returns are accepted for defective dry good merchandise only, unless the manufacturer deems otherwise.

Sales on all perishable goods (seed, foods, cacti, etc.) are final. No exceptions.

After ordering, any request to cancel an online order will be denied unless we are contacted within one hour of the original order.

No exceptions.   

We do try to move orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.

If your package was damaged in transit, you MUST go to the post office or to UPS with the package, and file a

 damage report immediately.  We require same day receipt notification of any damage. 

 

We also require same day notification of missing items. Please check your order upon receipt.

 

 In the event of damage or loss, we will replace your order free of charge, after postal or UPS investigation.
